The purpose of the project is to supervise the construction of the blood bank building at the Hafar Al-Batin Health Directorate for a period of 36 months.
• A resident engineering team was provided throughout the project. The team was carefully selected to ensure expertise and adherence to all engineering standards and technical requirements necessary to meet the needs of medical buildings.
• The project was provided with a fully equipped engineering team to oversee the commissioning process. The team includes a structural engineer, a mechanical engineer, an electrical engineer, a quantity surveyor, and a construction supervisor.
• This structure ensures effective coordination between the various disciplines, contributing to the efficient and high-quality achievement of the project objectives, and ensuring that the building meets the required healthcare needs.
