The purpose of the project is to carry out engineering supervision for the Mashaa Commercial Project, located on Omar Bin Al-Khattab Street in Dammam. It is one of the most luxurious commercial projects under construction, developed by Mashaa Real Estate Development, part of Al Abdulrahman Development and Investment Group.

A complete engineering team covering all disciplines (civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, surveying, and site inspection) was provided to carry out the project supervision.

All safety standards were strictly applied on-site.

Regular reports were submitted to the owner.

Supervision covered all structural and finishing works until the full delivery of the building.
