The purpose of the project is to provide engineering supervision for the Bayutat Rise Residential Tower located in Al-Shubaili district in Khobar City. It is an off-plan (Wafi) project by Riyadat Al-Bunyan for Development and Real Estate Investment, consisting of 132 residential units across 22 floors, including 5 service floors. It is one of the largest vertical residential projects under construction and the second tallest residential tower in the Eastern Province, classified as a luxury residential project.

The company reviewed all project plans, including architectural, structural, mechanical, HVAC, and electrical drawings.

A complete engineering team was provided, covering all disciplines (civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and site inspectors) to carry out the engineering supervision of the building.

All safety standards were applied on-site.

Regular reports were submitted through the Wafi platform.

Supervision covered all structural and finishing works until the full delivery of the building.
