The purpose of the project is to undertake design and implementation supervision for all municipal projects and provide all technical support, including supervision and review of plans and quantity surveys for all municipal projects.
• An integrated engineering team was provided, consisting of a project manager and his deputy, in addition to a group of specialized engineers, technicians, and administrators. This team assumed its responsibilities throughout the entire project period, working in an integrated manner to ensure the efficient execution of all tasks.
• The team developed and reviewed engineering designs and conducted the necessary studies to ensure their compliance with technical standards. It also prepared bills of quantities and technical specifications, in addition to implementing supervision and monitoring processes to ensure the quality of the completed work.
• Periodic meetings were held to coordinate efforts and monitor progress, contributing to the timely achievement of set objectives.
