The purpose of the project is to supervise the development of infrastructure for plot SHD 1610, located in Al-Manar district, Dammam, covering an area of 40,000 m².

The company provided comprehensive engineering supervision for all infrastructure works, completing topographic surveys, preliminary road planning, and the alignment of lighting and sewage lines according to the approved plan. A stormwater drainage system was implemented to ensure compliance with technical standards and project schedules, providing a safe and efficient infrastructure for users.

A weekly reporting system was adopted to track project progress, including the actual completion percentage and the works executed each week.
