The purpose of the project is to conduct studies, design, and supervision of all projects affiliated with Ahad Rafidah in the Asir Region Municipality.
• An integrated engineering team was provided, including a project manager and his deputy, in addition to a group of specialized engineers, technicians, and administrators.
• This team was tasked with implementing a set of vital tasks to ensure efficient and professional workflow, enhancing the achievement of the specific objectives of the assigned projects.
• Periodic meetings were held to monitor progress and evaluate performance, helping to enhance coordination among all stakeholders and facilitate decision-making. Technical and administrative reports were also submitted regularly to ensure transparency and compliance with applicable standards.
