The purpose of the project is to apply the land boundaries of the approved plan on the ground and prepare a table showing the boundaries, dimensions, and areas of each plot in the approved plan for title deed issuance for the Marina Project. The project is located approximately midway between Dammam, Khobar, and Dhahran, covering a total area of over 3 million square meters along the Arabian Gulf coast, and is a development project by Injaz Real Estate Development Company.
The company prepared a preliminary table for the plan, detailing:
- Plot number
- Area
- Boundaries
- Dimensions
The table was submitted to the relevant authority for approval to issue title deeds, after which the plan was applied on-site and handed over to the project owner.
