The purpose of the project is to design the complete detailed plans for the Al-Thaniyah and Al-Tabala Municipality Building, affiliated with the Asir Region Municipality. (Complete Detailed Designs)
• The architectural, structural, electrical, and sewage plans for the main headquarters of the Al-Thaniyah and Al-Tabala Municipality Building were designed, taking into account the distribution of service spaces for all activities provided by the municipality.
• The building was divided into three floors: ground floor, first floor, and second floor. The design includes a multi-purpose hall, a mosque, and a theater.
• The general site was designed to include green areas and designated parking spaces for employees and customers, while adhering to all technical requirements and approved engineering standards, ensuring a comfortable and modern work environment that meets the needs of the local community.
