The purpose of the project is to design a hotel in Dammam, covering a land area of 1,610 square meters, developed by Rawd Al-Khozami Company. The hotel consists of 12 repetitive floors, two basement levels for parking and additional services, and two dedicated service floors on the first and second levels. The project aims to provide a distinguished hospitality experience for visitors through an integrated architectural design that combines luxury and comfort, with a focus on sustainability and innovative space utilization.

The company designed a fully integrated hotel project in Dammam, combining architectural innovation with modern functionalities while adhering to quality and sustainability standards. The architectural design includes an optimal layout of interior and exterior spaces, emphasizing aesthetics and functionality to enhance the guest experience and provide a comfortable, contemporary environment.

The design also covers mechanical systems to ensure efficient heating and cooling, as well as advanced lighting and ventilation systems to enhance guest comfort. For structural works, advanced techniques were implemented to ensure structural safety and durability while complying with engineering standards. All these measures contribute to high energy efficiency and strengthen the hotel’s position as a leading destination in the region’s hospitality sector.
