The company conducted a technical inspection of the site, covering structural and architectural aspects, safety requirements, and compliance with multi-family housing regulations. Any observations or deficiencies were communicated to the owner for correction. After the necessary modifications, the multi-family residential permit for individuals was issued for the building through the Baladi portal.
