The purpose of the project is to supervise the development of infrastructure for plot SHKH 939, located in Al-Sadafah district, Khobar City, covering an area of 40,000 m².

The company provided full supervision of all infrastructure works, completing comprehensive surveys, preliminary road planning, and the alignment of lighting and sewage lines. Stormwater drainage works were executed according to the approved plan and in compliance with the established technical specifications.

The company also supervised the implementation of quality control procedures and technical documentation, reviewing the as-built drawings and maintaining a full project archive. Continuous coordination was conducted with contractors and relevant authorities to ensure adherence to the project schedule and technical specifications. Occupational safety measures were applied, and operational teams were trained. Additionally, supervision included the execution and enhancement of drainage, lighting, and sewage networks to ensure that the final delivered infrastructure fully complied with the approved plan and required quality standards.
