The purpose of the project is to supervise the development of infrastructure for plot SHD 1652, located in Dhahran City, covering an area of 470,000 m².

The company supervised the implementation of all infrastructure works for the project, including surveying, and the installation of road networks, sewage, electricity, water, and communication systems over the 470,000 m² area. Daily monitoring was conducted to ensure compliance with the approved plans, specifications, technical standards, and project schedule.

Solutions were provided for challenges encountered, such as difficulties in securing pipes and cables in rocky soil, by implementing support columns to safely anchor the utilities.
