The purpose of the project is to supervise the development of infrastructure for plots SHD 1634 and SHD 1647, located near the Second Industrial City in Dammam, covering an area of 1,000,000 m², on behalf of Mashaa Real Estate Company.

The company provided full supervision over all work phases with high precision and professionalism. All topographic and preliminary road planning works were successfully completed, including the alignment of lighting and sanitary lines according to the highest engineering standards. Stormwater drainage works were efficiently executed to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the infrastructure network, while adhering to schedules, quality, and safety standards.

The company utilized a daily reporting system to monitor project status, including progress percentages, obstacles and challenges faced, and corrective actions taken.
