The purpose of the project is to prepare subdivision reports for each real estate unit to issue electronic title deeds for the Al-Birq Villas Project in Dammam, one of the off-plan (Wafi) projects under the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

Project files were prepared, and the units were divided according to the requirements for real estate unit subdivision.

Site visits were conducted, and the villas were inspected to ensure conformity with the building permits.

Necessary photographs were taken to prepare the reports and to ensure there were no violations of the subdivision regulations.

All transactions were submitted electronically to the Real Estate Unit Subdivision System of the General Authority for Real Estate for review and approval, and subdivision reports were issued to enable the issuance of individual title deeds for each villa.
