The purpose of the project is to conduct a topographic survey of the land boundaries, covering an area of 553,425 square meters according to the title deed, and to prepare a proposed land division plan for Talal Ghunaim Real Estate Group.

The company carried out a topographic survey using the global geodetic system UTM WGS 1984 to verify the land boundaries and ensure conformity with actual site conditions.

A proposed land use plan was prepared, coordinating with all relevant governmental authorities for approval.

A preliminary table was created for the entire land, comprising 619 plots after planning.

Follow-up was conducted until the issuance of electronic title deeds and official registration.
