The purpose of the project is to conduct a topographic survey of the land boundaries located in Dammam, south of the Military City and south of the Buraidah–Dammam Expressway, and to prepare a proposed land division plan for Al-Jubran Company.

The company carried out a topographic survey using the global geodetic system UTM WGS 1984 to verify the boundaries of the land, covering an area of 1,322,729 square meters, according to the title deed, and ensured its conformity with actual site conditions.

A proposed plan for land use was prepared, and all relevant governmental authorities were coordinated with for plan approval.

A preliminary table was created for the entire land, consisting of 411 plots, following the planning and coordination process up to the issuance of electronic title deeds and official registration.
