The purpose of the project is to conduct a topographic survey and prepare a plot identification form for each land parcel in the Al-Birq Villas project in Dammam, one of the off-plan (Wafi) projects under the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, developed by Innovative Investments (Anovest) on a land area of 519,621 square meters. The objective is to determine the boundaries, dimensions, and area of each plot as observed on-site and compare them with the master plan.

The company performed a topographic survey using the global geodetic system UTM WGS 1984 for the Al-Birq Villas site in Dammam.

Regulatory lines were applied on the site, and a report was prepared highlighting any discrepancies between the actual site conditions and the master plan.

Survey reports were issued for all blocks within the plan.
