The purpose of the project is to design a chemicals factory and an administrative building at the Third Industrial City in Dammam (MODON) for Eyas Industrial Holding Company, on a land area of 7,800 square meters.

The company carried out architectural, structural, sanitary, and electrical designs for both the factory and the administrative building, with a total built-up area of 3,500 square meters.

The factory consists of a single floor with a height of 20 meters, accommodating multiple production layers, covering an area of 2,200 square meters.

The administrative building is designed with two floors, covering an area of 900 square meters.

A production services area of 400 square meters was also designed.

A building permit was issued by MODON.
