The purpose of the project is to design Al-Birq Villas in Dammam, one of the off-plan (Wafi) projects under the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, developed by Innovative Investments (Anovest) on a land area of 519,621 square meters.

The company carried out comprehensive architectural, structural, electrical, and sanitary designs for Al-Birq Villas, which include a total of 959 villas.

Building permits for the project were issued.

Each villa consists of a ground floor, first floor, second floor, a garage, and a backyard garden.

Land plots start from 250 square meters, with total built-up areas for all floors starting from 317 square meters.

This project aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, aiming to enhance quality of life and provide suitable residential environments for citizens, contributing to urban and economic sustainability by offering housing units that meet local market needs.
