The purpose of the project is to provide engineering consultancy services for site studies and land surveys in the warehouse area at King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam. This includes providing services, personnel, employees, materials, and all necessary items to implement and complete the work specified in the contract documents, as well as temporary, additional, and complementary services and modifications requested by the employer in accordance with the terms and documents of the contract.
• The company, in cooperation with King Abdulaziz Port, implemented an integrated work plan in two phases.
• The first phase included:
o Conducting a comprehensive site study through accurate surveying, including identifying the area’s main landmarks and coordinates.
• The second phase included:
o Conducting a final survey and developing the necessary plans.
o Preparing geographic data using a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) program.
o The geographic data was delivered in the form of a geographic database (GDB) and a geographic database (MDB), consistent with the geographic database structure (DB Schema), ensuring the accuracy and ease of use of the extracted information.
