The purpose of the project is to conduct surveying and planning work on the lands of the General Railways Organization in the Dhahran area, from kilometer 11 to kilometer 17.
• The company conducted a survey of the entire required area using UTM WGS 1984 coordinates, utilizing the latest surveying equipment to ensure data accuracy.
• Existing lands, warehouses, and buildings were inventoried and their condition determined.
• A proposed plan was prepared for the area, preserving existing buildings.
• The area’s basic service needs were analyzed, enhancing urban planning and ensuring improved quality of life in the area.
