Provision of consultancy services for supervising the implementation of specialized infrastructure and security projects at the western coast ports

The project aims to provide engineering consultancy services to supervise the implementation of specialized infrastructure and security systems projects for the Saudi Ports Authority at the western coast ports. This includes monitoring specialized security and safety projects subject to the requirements of the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS), as well as infrastructure development projects within the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP) at Jeddah Islamic Port, Yanbu Commercial Port, King Fahd Industrial Port in Yanbu, and Jazan Port.

A total of 24 engineers with diverse specializations and extensive experience were provided.

The project team includes marine engineers, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, architects, industrial security engineers, safety and fire protection engineers, in addition to infrastructure engineers.

The engineers were strategically distributed across the western coast ports according to the specific needs of each port to ensure comprehensive and effective coverage of all projects.

The supervision services provided include:

Comprehensive assessment of project needs at the western coast ports.

Assistance in developing plans and strategies.

Daily project management, work monitoring, and schedule compliance.

Quality assurance and quality control.

Providing engineering solutions.

Submission of regular monthly progress reports.
